Aerospace Fabrications of Georgia, Inc.’s ISO9000/AS9100 certified quality administration insures part conformance using “top of the line ” inspection instruments including:

  • Coord3 CMM Model PCM-8564B Universal 15.9.8
  • Virtek 2D Laser CMM (flat pattern inspection and reverse engineering)
  • Faro Inspection Arm (4 ft inspection envelope)
  • Verisurf Inspection Software (allowing us to inspect directly to cad models)
  • Wilson Rockwell Hardness Tester (Model 3JRA)
  • Zetec Conductivity Tester (Model DC-1)
  • Videojet Excel series 100 integrated with APS 2001 Parts Marking System software
  • Mitutoyo/Starett Digital Calipers & Micrometers (4 ” – 24 ” capacity, internal and external)
